Refund Policy

악세사리 제품의 특성상, 착용여부 확인이 어려워 재판매할 수 없습니다. 신중한 구매와 반품 부탁드립니다. 고객변심에 의한 반품 택배비는 고객부담입니다.
We can't resell the returned product for quality maintenance, so If you're considering returning it, please make a careful decision.

We have a 7days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return shipping fee will be charged to the customer, and we will only refund the amount excluding the shipping fee for the refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We thoroughly inspect and pack all products before shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received the defective or damaged product, please send an email to Jewelry_muse@aroseofmay.com within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product with the photo and related information. We will guide you on how to handle it after deliberation.


우리는 모든 상품을 발송하기 전에 철저하게 검수하고 포장합니다. 접수 시 주문하신 상품을 확인하시고 상품의 불량, 파손 또는 잘못된 상품을 받으신 경우 즉시 연락하여 저희가 문제를 평가하고 바로 처리하게 해주시기 바랍니다.

불량이나 파손된 상품을 받으셨다면, 제품 수령일로부터 3일 이내에 Jewelry_muse@aroseofmay.com으로 파손 사진과 관련 내용을 이메일을 보내주시기 바랍니다.

심의 후 처리방법 안내해드리겠습니다.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

7days after receipt of the prodect/when the product is damaged due to careless of the consumer/customized product/season-off discounted product

수령 후 7일이 지난 제품, 고객의 부주의로 파손이 발생한 제품, 고객맞춤 제작제품, 시즌오프 할인제품은 환불이 불가합니다.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

빠른 교환을 원하신 경우, 반품 후 새 제품을 구매하는 방법을 추천드립니다. 

 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the item is shipped to the European Union as above, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without justifiable reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as it was not worn or used, tagged, or originally packaged.

You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Delivery charges will be charged to the customer.

 



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

고객님의 반품 확인이 완료되면 환불이 승인되었는지 여부를 알려드리겠습니다. 승인이 되면 영업일 기준 10일 이내에 원래 결제 수단으로 자동 환불됩니다.

고객님의 은행 또는 카드사에서도 환불 처리에 시간이 다소 걸릴 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
